All registrations are done for a team. When you register for a team you help that team reach their fundraising goal and win prizes! (T-shirt purchases count too!)

Only those who pre-register for tee-shirts will be guaranteed a shirt for the day of the walk. T-shirts will not be mailed, but must be picked up at the event. Additional shirts cost $15 each.

In consideration of me and/or my minor children being allowed to participate and/or volunteer in United Angels Foundation’s (“UAF”) programs and events, on behalf of my heirs and personal representatives, I assume any and all risks to myself and my minor children which might be associated with United Angels Foundation’s event Walk With Angels on Saturday, June 1st, 2024 (hereinafter “Event”). I further waive, release, discharge and covenant not to sue UAF, and its officers, employees, sponsors, organizers, volunteers or other representatives or their successors and assigns, for any and all injuries or damages of any kind suffered whatsoever by me and/or my minor children as a result of taking part in the Event and its related activities.

Further, I authorize UAF to use any photo, audio, film or videotape taken of me or my minor children at the event and its related activities for any lawful and legitimate purpose in marketing or promoting UAF.

I also agree that if any legal action is taken regarding my participation or that of my minor children in the Event or its related activities, that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such action will be the Fourth District Court located in Utah County, Utah.
